Beautiful Butterfly Journal or Sketchbook

These beautiful butterfly handmade Coptic books have exposed spines revealing intricate stitching. A Coptic binding means that these books can lie completely flat as you work.

They are available in two sizes:

A5 – approx 21 x 15cm or 6 x 8 inches.

A6 – approx 15cm x 10.5 or 6 x 4 inches.

You can choose between recycled mixed papers incorporating assorted spotted, grid and lined papers or 170gsm cartridge paper again made with recycled materials.

• Each book is prepared, cut, folded, glued and sewn by hand.
• A Coptic binding has an exposed spine so the book will lie completely flat when open.
• The stitches on the spine are a particularly attractive feature incorporating ribbons or silks into the stitching.
• The Butterfly cover may shift as different parts of the paper is selected.
