Shipping Options
All orders will be shipped default via UK Royal Mail (or Parcel Force) within 1-4 business days and will be tracked.
Estimated shipping times:
- UK 2-4 business days
- Europe 3-5 business days
- Rest of world 5-7 business days
Packaging
All books, prints and artwork are safely packaged to ensure they will withstand the longest and bumpiest of voyages.
Wherever possible I use durable packaging, made from recycled materials. Outside you may notice packaging from other businesses, that’s me not wanting to waste valuable resources. But inside everything is beautifully wrapped to keep your purchase safe.

Smaller prints and artwork are shipped flat inside either white board (to protect illuminated work) or card board. Larger prints are shipped in rolls.
In the event that something arrives damaged, please drop me a line at telltalebookbinding@gmail.com and I’ll help you to either get a new item or your money back. Please read “Damaged and Lost Items” below for more information.
Returns
Please read product descriptions carefully. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaged carefully. Once these have been received a replacement or refund can be made. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of postage and shipping for orders outside the UK and EU and are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
Due to the unique nature of some of my item a replacement may not always be possible.
Damaged and Lost Items
On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible – in fact within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. If the damage is irreversible, you are entitled to a full refund or the purchase price. You may be required to send pictures of the packaging and damaged item, so please save them.
All orders have a tracking number. You can track your order here. Again, please contact me ASAP and I will request the courier to open an investigation.
Payments
All payments and account details are handled in a secure environment, and in accordance to the UK and European Union E-Commerce lawsIn order to secure your order, payment will be collected from the moment you place your order.
Wherever applicable, VAT is included to the product price.
Kindly note that there might be additional customs duties and taxes applied to orders sent outside of the European Union. These import costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and they are calculated using the full monetary value of each imported item.
